 So when people ask why I was excited about getting the CL with the 6MT, I tell them - you have no idea how much more power it puts down. The new Accord with the 3.5 puts down impressive numbers for a stock Accord - but look at the difference here between the A/T and the M/T...

| Hyundai Coupe Unveiled |

We finally get an unmasked picture of the latest coupe the Hyundai sports car segment.....Oxymoron? Well maybe but they keep getting closer. RWD 300hp.
Rumors swirl about V8 Hyundai power but the post reveals only 2 options.
Engine options: a 2.0L turbo with 215HP and 217 ft-lbs of torque, or a 3.8LV6 with 300HP and 280 ft-lbs.
$19,900 for the 4 or $25,900 for the V6

GCCE must be on a Nissan kick lately. I had the privlege of driving the newest Altima VQ35 powered 6 speed sedan recently. By contrast, my daily driver is the J32 powered Acura CL Type S. The Nissan's outstanding low-end torque and acceleration instantly impressed me - check out my impressions...

I can't believe something this awesome is landing our back yard. Unfortunately, it's probably going to be a bit on the pricey side. On the positive side, you're probably not going to have to hit the gravel to avoid the kid in the slammed cavalier trying to "drift" the corners in his FF.... GCCE is already talking to Bluegrass about a track day event in the first year....

| 2008 Civic Type R Test Drive |

I don't know if we'll ever be graced with it here, especially with as well put together a package Honda has with the Si - but check out the new Civic Type R doing some testing in Japan. Honda always gets the Type R interiors right - for sure, and always finds ways to shave weight doing it....
